Charlie is currently sleeping on my chest which means its a great time to get some bloggin' done. Seriously, whoever thought of baby carrying needs all the awards. It's the only way this little one will go down for a nap, but we are definitely drawing nearer to independent nap time. And as excited as I am to have a little more freedom, I know this stage will go by way too fast.
Things are beginning to cool down in Tennessee, and by cool down I mean instead of sweating instantly my pores decide to wait a good solid five minutes. Cooler weather means running the oven more, running the oven means baking, and baking means all types of yummy muffins.
We tried out this zucchini cranberry muffin recipe found here. And couldn't have been more thrilled with the results. I didn't end up grating the zucchini, but definitely wish I had in retrospect. I'm pretty sure you could bake these backwards and they'd still turn out great. But what can I say, I'm a sucker for cinnamon - which this recipe definitely had.
