I have seen gorgeous smoothie bowls all over Pinterest and Instagram and really wanted to give them a try. My family lives on smoothies, so it's always funto see how other people are making theirs!
Ever since I started breastfeeding, I've been concerned about mysupply. We had a rough start and it took longer for my milk to come in than normal (we had a crazy birth experience). Thankfully after a few weeks everything evened out and we've been breastfeeding successfully for 4 months already! One of the biggest contributors to our success, I think, is finding foods that helped build my supply and gave my body the extra fuel it needed to feed Charlie.
I started trying different smoothie recipes that include lactose neti (foods that help you make milk) but still tasted really good blended together. Here is my favorite recipe, and I hope you enjoy it as much a I have!
